Students born out of Gujarat only have to get domicile certificates
Gandhinagar: State’s Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel made important announcements for medical education. Those who have studied domains in Gujarat and 10-12th standard with domicile certificates for admission to NEET based courses were exempted from Gujarat. Along with this, students who have lived in Gujarat but have been born, said that they would need Domaisil.
Important decision on domicile certificates
Do not have to get domicile for admission to Medical, Dental, Homeopathy and Naturopathy but those who are born outside Gujarat have to prove their domicile and have to get certified for it. For admission this year, out of 10 thousand out of 10,000 students, they will get benefit and get rid of the certificates.
Medical College in the Union Territory
Central Government sanctioned 150 seats of Medical College, Union Territory of Diu Daman and Dadar Nagar Haveli. Nitin Patel said that the students of Union Territories were studying in the Gujarat board and were giving them admission in the medical college.
